ProWraps Terms and Conditions
Terms of Service

All transactions between ProWraps and its customers are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

All material costs must be paid in advance prior to the start of any work.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, money order, company check, and credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Final payment for each vehicle is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

If payment becomes delinquent, the customer agrees to pay all collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs. Past-due balances will accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Any legal disputes regarding this agreement will be handled in Sacramento, California.

Any work not specifically listed on the original invoice will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly. Standard rates include:

Labor and services: $150 per hour

Materials and goods: cost plus 20%
Payment for additional work is due within 10 days of invoice and subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee if unpaid.

Invoice pricing is valid for 10 days. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.

All invoices and service agreements are subject to the General Terms and Conditions listed below.
General Terms and Conditions
Vehicle Condition for Wrap Installation
Customers are responsible for delivering vehicles for wrap installation at their own expense in clean, dry, damage-free, and installation-ready condition.
ProWraps is not responsible for any damage to vehicles prior to delivery. Any existing damage will be documented upon arrival and may void the warranty.
If a vehicle arrives with damage, the customer must repair or replace the vehicle at their own expense before installation. If the customer instructs ProWraps to proceed with installation on a damaged vehicle, the customer waives any related warranty claims.
If a vehicle is delivered without being properly cleaned and dried, ProWraps may charge $150 per hour per vehicle for preparation prior to installation.
Artwork Approval
ProWraps is not responsible for spelling errors, color issues, or design mistakes in artwork provided by the client.
All artwork submitted by the client is assumed to be approved and production-ready.
Artwork created by ProWraps will be provided to the client as a digital proof for review and approval. The proof must be approved and returned via email, fax, or mail before printing begins.
Once the proof has been approved, ProWraps cannot be held responsible for any errors related to spelling, color, or design.
Appearance and Installation Adjustments
Vehicle wraps are not the same as paint. Due to vehicle contours and surfaces, seams, overlaps, and patches may be necessary during installation.
Even after artwork approval, minor adjustments to the design may be required during installation to properly fit the vehicle. This may include overlays or contour-cut decals when needed.
By proceeding with installation, the client authorizes ProWraps to make these necessary adjustments.
Paint Condition Disclaimer
ProWraps is not responsible for paint failure caused by:

Spray paint
-
Uncured paint
-
Defective factory paint
-
Paint that peels, cracks, or chips during installation
These issues are outside of ProWraps’ control.
On-Site Installations and Downtime
If an on-site installation is requested, any downtime will be billed at $150 per hour.
All installation locations must be approved based on weather conditions, accessibility, and suitability for installation.
If the installation environment does not meet 3M warranty requirements, product and installation warranties may be void.
All on-site installations will be documented on a 3M-approved warranty form.
Vehicle Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up their vehicles after installation is complete.
All risk and responsibility for the vehicle transfers to the customer once installation is finished.
Vehicles not picked up promptly will be subject to storage fees of $75 per day.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 48 business hours are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
Any travel costs already incurred will also be billed.
Rescheduled appointments will be moved to the next available installation date.
Customer Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ProWraps harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities caused by the customer, their agents, or subcontractors, including reimbursement of reasonable legal fees and costs.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain fully enforceable.
Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the entire understanding between ProWraps and the customer. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Time Is of the Essence
Timely completion and performance of obligations under this agreement are essential. Waiving a deadline once does not waive the right to require timely performance in the future.
