ProWraps Warranty Statement

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to vehicle wrap and vehicle graphics products manufactured and installed by ProWraps.

ProWraps provides a 12-month in-house warranty on all vehicle wraps and vehicle graphics installations.

This warranty covers defects in both materials and installation, including:

• Replacement of defective wrap materials

• Removal of failed materials

• Reinstallation of replacement materials

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Negligence or misuse

• Accidents or road hazards

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper care or maintenance

• Any issue not caused by defective materials or installation

The warranty also does not cover failures caused by pre-existing vehicle damage.

Additionally, warranty coverage may be void if the customer chooses to leave vehicle emblems in place and have them wrapped over.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period and are subject to approval by a ProWraps authorized representative.

If a warranty claim is approved, ProWraps’ responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective portion of the wrap at its discretion.

Warranty repairs must be completed at a ProWraps facility.

Replacement Materials

Materials used in warranty repairs will carry the same warranty coverage as the original materials, but the expiration date will remain the same as the original installation date.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty represents the sole warranty provided by ProWraps for vehicle wrap products.

No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided beyond what is stated in this policy.
